Standing up electronic FBI submission means an approval process, software, hardware and recurring cost — for a service most apostille agents need a handful of times a month. Route it to me instead.
I work behind you, not around you. I don't market to your client, and I don't solicit their apostille work. The relationship stays yours. I value our relationship!
Nothing to set up and nothing to maintain. One job or twenty a month — same flat price, same process.
Email me a scan before anything ships. I review it against FBI CJIS standards and tell you to reprint or proceed — before your client has paid for postage twice.
Published partner pricing, so you can quote your client on the phone without waiting on me for a number.
Nothing here is a surprise. You’ll know exactly what to tell your client before you take the job.

Print two Cards — cheap insurance against one being light or smudged. Both the applicant and the person rolling the prints must sign. Black ink only.
Before anything ships. I check the scan against FBI CJIS legibility standards and tell you plainly: reprint, or proceed. This is the single biggest cause of lost time in this process, and it costs you nothing to avoid it.

The most common outcome once a submission is in. Observed responses have ranged from a few minutes to several days.

All times above are estimates, not guarantees. Postal and carrier delays, system outages, high volume, and agency backlogs can extend processing beyond these figures. I’m not liable for missed deadlines caused by shipping or agency processing times. Build a buffer into what you promise your client.
Rejection is billable — a second submission is a new job at full price. So the quality check is free, and I’d rather you use it twice than skip it once.

No. That's the point of the service. You send me the prints and the completed information sheet; I handle the conversion and the electronic submission. There's nothing for you to sign up for, install, or maintain.
Not through this service. This is a US citizen only service and requires a US driver's license or state ID. If you have a foreign national who needs an FBI report, contact me before you take the job and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
Service fees still apply — I scanned and submitted what was provided. A new card and a second submission are treated as a new job and billed separately. This is exactly why the pre-ship quality check is free: use it, and rejection becomes rare.
Two to three. Print multiple FD-258 forms and take a full set on each. It costs almost nothing at capture time and saves an entire mail-and-reprint cycle when the first set comes out light or smudged.
Yes, but it's a separate service with its own fee schedule, $90 per document, FBI Background Checks only.
This page covers FBI Identity History Summary submissions. State-level and agency-specific checks work differently and use different demographic forms — ask me before you commit to a client on one
No. I'm an apostille agent too — I know exactly how that feels. I don't market to your client and I don't solicit their downstream work.
