The bank won’t notarize it, and your dad can’t get to the bank anyway
You’ve got a will, a trust, or a power of attorney that needs to be signed, and every option you’ve tried has a wall in it. The bank says they don’t notarize wills. You need two witnesses and you don’t have them. Or the person who needs to sign is in a hospital bed and isn’t going anywhere.
None of that is unusual. It’s just what estate documents actually require, and most people find out how hard it is at the exact moment they can’t afford the delay.
I come to you. If you’re short on witnesses, I can bring them for $60 each, on top of the signing. If the signer is bedside, homebound, or in a nursing home, that’s the appointment — same for the attorney’s client and the family calling on their own. The signing gets done in the room the signer is actually in.

How it works, start to finish
- Tell me what you need. Call, text, or book online with the document type and where the signer is. Takes about two minutes.
- We set a time. I work around hospital visiting hours, a nursing home’s schedule, or whatever window works for your family.
- I come to the signer. I verify ID, bring witnesses if you’ve added that on, and notarize each document in the room the signer is actually in.
- You keep the signed originals. You walk away with notarized documents in hand, ready for the attorney, the bank, or wherever they need to go next.

Questions about estate document signings
Can a notary come to the hospital or nursing home?
Yes. That’s a regular part of this work. I check in at the front desk, verify the signer’s ID at the bedside, and notarize right there in the room.
Do I need witnesses for a will in Idaho?
For a typed will, Idaho generally requires two witnesses. I can bring them if you’re short, for $60 per witness on top of the signing.
Why won’t my bank notarize a will?
A lot of banks have an internal policy against notarizing wills and other estate documents. It’s not about you — it’s their own risk rule. I don’t have that restriction.
What does a mobile notary charge for estate documents?

Can you notarize a power of attorney for someone who can’t get out of bed?

What ID does the signer need?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID — driver’s license, state ID, passport, or similar. That’s generally what Idaho notary law calls for to verify who’s signing.
Do you draft wills or trusts?
No. I notarize; an attorney drafts. If you don’t have an attorney yet, I can still notarize documents you already have, but writing them isn’t something I do.
