How to Prepare For Your Mobile Notary Appointment
Checklist for a Successful Appointment:
Signers and Witnesses: Ensure all persons signing the document are present. If your document requires witnesses, please let us know in advance so we can discuss if you will provide them or if we need to bring them.
Original Documents: Only the original document can be notarized. Please ensure you have the complete document, not just the signature page.
No Pre-Signing: This is critical—do not sign or date the documents before the notary arrives. The notary must witness the act of signing.
Payment Ready: If payment wasn’t handled during booking, please have your preferred payment method ready (Credit Card, Cash, etc.) to keep the appointment on schedule.
A Clear Workspace: Having a well-lit table or desk with enough room for everyone to sit and sign comfortably makes the process much faster.
