Idaho Mobile Notary Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Notary Questions

Idaho Mobile Notary Answers the TOP Asked Client Questions.

Mobile notaries are used by anyone who needs to have a document notarized in an emergency situation. They’re also useful for people who need to have documents notarized at home, but don’t have access to a traditional notary. There are several reasons why mobile notarization is so popular. First, it saves time. A notary can come to your home or office instead of having to travel to yours. Second, it’s convenient. It allows you to sign documents at any place where you happen to be, rather than requiring you to go somewhere else. Third, it’s secure. A notary will witness your signatures, ensuring that they’re valid. Fourth, it’s affordable.

Idaho Mobile Notary fields a lot of questions about what a notary does, where they can notarize legal documents, and for most people, they did not even know there was such a thing as a Mobile Notary! You should know thatย Idaho Mobile Notary offers a wide variety of Mobile Notary Services to individuals and businesses for Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, and surrounding Idaho communities.

What’s Required for Identification?

I get this question a lot and it’s an important one! Without proper identification, I can not perform a notarization on any document. It’s best to be well informed and ready when I arrive at your appointment to have the proper Identification available.

According to the Idaho Notary Handbook, Acceptable forms of identification include a passport, driverโ€™s license, or government-issued ID that is current or expired less than three years. Many times it will be necessary to use more than one piece of identification to conclusively identify a person.
